Its active ingredient is sulconazole, and it also has an emollient cream base composed of propylene glycol, stearyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, cetyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, glyceryl (and) PEG-100 stearate, ascorbyl palmitate and purified water, with the addition of sodium hydroxide and/or nitric acid to adjust the pH.

Exelderm is for external use only. Do not apply this medication to your eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area and a little to the surrounding area, rubbing gently, avoiding contact with the eyes; if applied to the face, rinse with plenty of cold water.
Use a small amount of Exelderm cream, and gently massage into the affected areas and surrounding skin once or twice daily, except in tinea pedis, for which administration should be twice daily.
