Premarin is available as oral tablets and as a vaginal cream. Both contain conjugated estrogens, but they’re used for different goals and can have different risk–benefit considerations. Estrogen therapy has important safety warnings, so treatment should be individualized and reviewed regularly with a prescriber.
We only dispense medications with a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber.
All prescriptions are reviewed and verified before dispensing. Orders may be delayed or declined if prescription details are missing, do not match the patient information on file, appear altered, or are expired. We may also refuse service if we believe an order is intended for resale or redistribution.

Estrogen therapy has serious risks in certain patients. For women with a uterus, estrogen-alone therapy increases the risk of endometrial cancer, and any unusual vaginal bleeding requires prompt evaluation.
Estrogens should not be used to prevent cardiovascular disease or dementia, and clot or stroke risk must be assessed before treatment.
Do not use Premarin if:

What Is A Generic?
×A generic drug is essentially a copycat version of a brand-name medication, offering the same safety, quality, and effectiveness, but often at a lower cost. When a brand-name drug's patent expires, other companies can produce the generic version. These generics contain the same active ingredients and work in the same way in the body as the original brand-name drug. However, they might differ in color, shape, or inactive ingredients. The appeal of generic drugs lies in their affordability; they provide a more cost-effective option for consumers without sacrificing the benefits of the original medication. This makes healthcare more accessible to a larger portion of the population, ensuring that more people can receive the treatment they need without the burden of high costs associated with brand-name drugs.
